Day 24: Peace Poetry Postcard Month

Maybe its only when
we’re restrained in dark
we absorb our light

We see stars
anointing night

We know cold
because of sun

Hard rock yields
our touch to
gossamer down

Spring rain
subdues the arid dry

And peace reconciles
when we finally descry
